A local classic car dealer is attempting to bring more classics and business to the Tri-Cities. Chris Shade owns Shade’s Classic Corner Cars, which specializes in Corvairs. Shade is spearheading the “Apex 25″ capital campaign to bring a Corvair Museum to Hastings.
